You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 388wi Account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 388wi does not warrant that the Services will be continuously available, error-free, or free of technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. 388wi's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Services shall not exceed the real-money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data provided by you to 388wi is governed by the 388wi Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. 388wi processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the requirements of its international gaming licence.
388wi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.
